Im in the exact same boat. Hate the 1 hour phone calls too see what i can get with new or current provider but just have to have patience i guess. Been looking on here but havent seen a great deal for new customers at least lately.

Currently on the 10GB/$60 BYOD plan but my phone is slowing down & battery lifes becoming abysmal...thinking it's upgrade time.
Are they still giving the $85 device upgrade 10GB deal? Was reading it was extended, not sure if it's this long though....

A friend of mine was offered $80 for 10gb and the Pixel2.

Hey guys,
I have the Pixel 2 XL on a 2 year contract with Rogers and I'm getting 4 gigs of data. I pay $95 per month ($107 and change with tax). I feel like I got a bad deal seeing others getting 10 gigs and stuff. I can't really afford to pay off the phone right now so can't port out but is there a way I could probably get a better deal from Rogers than the one I'm on right now?

Sounds like the no tab plan. Robbers jumped their prices again. I believe the upgradable version is now $90. WTF...

It's not. He did receive $300 in credits towards the phone, but he is certainly on contract. The "no contract" plan seems to be $60 (as I saw mentioned a bit earlier).

Is the 10GB/$60 no tab back again?? It increased to $70 at one point after xmas in january. Now when I call they say it doesnt exist.. and that it was a promotion. Can you clarify this??

Existing - though he played a bit of hardball with Rogers and actually cancelled his account. They called to win him back.

K, that explains it. Win-back deal... what I thought. Robbers calling ur bluff now. You actually have to cancel first before they call with something decent. Sucks.

I ported to another carrier. A week later Rogers Ambassador team call me. 5GB $72 month, S9 for $250 but $500 bill credit. I declined as I think I don't wanna go back to Rogers, even though the deal itself is good IMO. I was on a corporate plan with Rogers, don't know if that makes a difference in what they offer after you port out
