Call and try at this number. It worked for me. 1-866-737-4159. Tell them you heard about this promotion being offered by Rogers I like to take advantage of it.

Hi dears, Just finished my call to 1-866-737-4159 and was offered 500u for 39.45$.

I'm in a condo (Mississauga). Called the number and they only offered 34.99$ with price increase of 3$ in march. Tried to get $25, $29, 3 months free, but no luck.

Ended up taking $34.99 after the rep repeatedly said there was no other option.

Called in and got $34.99/month for 500u with first 6 months @ $24.99 ($10 off). Located Downtown Toronto.

I got the $34.99 a week or so ago with no mention of the $3 increase ... which is from my experience, typical Rogers operating style ... so this deal really is $37.99+tcx as they will tell you it's based on savings not price when the price increase is added.

My 1 year promo is up in March so I need to call in at some point to try to re-up for this type of price. Currently on Gigabit for $34.99+tax.

Just called in and received the $34.99 plus tax 500 plan for 12 months (wasn't able to get anything better) for my parents house (Richmond Hill) and my condo (Downtown Toronto).

Call 1-866-737-4159 again and find other rep. Some reps have wood head and some are flexible.

I was on 150MBPS for $29.99 expiring in March. I did live chat through the website and the agent couldn’t offer me anything. I said I wanted to cancel and he gave me a 1-866 number to call to process that. I called the number and the agent gave me 250MBPS for $29.99 for 12 months.

When I renewed the other day the rep said I would need to trade my CODA-4582 modem for the new black advanced modem. I had the black Hitron modem a couple of years ago and a tech recommended the CODA when I was having issues and said it was a better modem.

Called in and got offered $34.99 for 500 and $44.99 for Gigabit. More than what I was paying, but my 12 months are up, so I went ahead.

When you guys are discussing speeds please keep in mind that m = milli and M = mega

Adding my confirmation - live an hour west of Toronto, detached home. Call in on the specified number and asked for help as my costs were way too high. I mentioned a lower priced option with Bell and they initially offered me a complete package including TV/Internet/Home Phone for $106. Speeds were to be 1 Gig Unlimited.

I said that was too high and she couldn't go any lower. So I asked for internet only and she got me on the $34.99 plan for 500 unlimited. The pricing kicked in when I returned the cable box and Home Phone box to a local store. No tears lost on the home phone in particular - it worked maybe once or twice the time I had it, and they could never figure out why.
