My promo was just expiring and I was offered $119 tax in for the Gigabyte internet and popular cable via FB chat.

I was previously paying $129 tax in for the 150u and popular cable bundle.
I thought my Gigabit + Popular + PVR + 2nd HD terminal for $99 tax in (now $106 after increase) was expiring because the bill said one of the offers is ending in Jun. Went with Live chat they couldn't do anything for me except told me to call Loyalty department. Tried all the tricks to get the $60 Gig + Standard + HBO other members were getting but now dice. However they did tell me my package actually doesn't expire til June 2020, it was just the PVR rental discount that is ending this year but I was told to call next month to get that discount again.

Since I didn't want to leave empty handed I threw out the ole "When I initially signed up you guys were able to give a couple month of HBO+TMN for free". She put me on hold for a bit and I am guessing she knew what I was asking cause she came back and added 2 months of Free HBO+TMN+Crave to my account... she must knew I was asking because of Game of Thrones LOL

Just wanted to add my experience. Currently on teksavvy, paying $63+tax for 100GB unlimited (used to seem cheap, now reading this thread it feels expensive). Live in midtown Toronto. Real speed is consistently 220-230Mb down and 3.5-10up. Two Rogers "Territory Account Managers" came to my door today. Offered 150Gb unlimited for $50 on a one year promo. Claimed no contract, no obligation. But also mentioned it goes up to $85 after one year, but 'Rogers calls you' and you just say you want the current deal and it stays at $50. This part seemed fishy so I didn't take the deal; but after reading this thread wondering why I wasn't offered a better deal. Can't believe they are investing in door-to-door.

Signed up through a referral company, then a Rogers agent called saying old promo for 37.99 is expired, new promo is 27.99 for 500u.
What referral company? I am currently on the Fido deal which expires soon and I'm having no luck with Rogers chat. Thanks

Finally got a call back from office of the President.

They would only offer me 150u and basic phone for $79, 300u and basic phone for $93 and 500u and basic phone for $97.

I am in Ottawa.
I guess it's time to cancel and go somewhere else.

Such a disgusting rip off.

Yes my friend just got a gr88 deal from Rogers as a new customer.. he paid just $99 for bundle pack of Ignite Tv, 1000 Mbps internet and home phone with Canada wide calling with free smart home monitoring.

It is just a steal deal for him. He took it from a Rogers agent and was very much impressed with his service. I took number of Rogers guy who offered this and will contact for mine tomorrow. PM me if u need it.:)

Offered 56$ for gigabit internet or 50$ for 500m.

Original deal was 29.99$ for 500m. Since my contract expired yesterday I didn't have time to deal with them earlier. Not great but not bad.

Was paying $45 for 150U, about to expire in a few weeks, called in to cancel already, but they refused to give me a better deal, insisted on the "best" deal at $60 for 300U. Anyone knows a good cable internet alternative besides carrytel?

same 500m/29.99 plan and expired two-days ago. Cancelled and got call back the same day. Was offered 300U for 29.99. I argued for bell's offering 1g for 30$ in my area. She checked and said yes, offered me 1g/$45+three month free. Which equals $33. for one year.
