I was looking for a contact to the rogers referral company some people mention.
I'm looking for this information as well.

I don't know anything about a direct contact, but I got my deal through a guy at a booth at the Kitchener Waterloo Home and Garden show towards the end of March.

I chose the 500Mbps unlimited at $37.99 + tax (including install / rental / no contract). I am a new customer and have never been with rogers for anything.

300Mbps at $32.99
1024Mbps at $47.99
No reasonable TV deals

We're currently on Carrytel 60 (although I get 70+) for about $39 / month, so Rogers is a good deal.

So, these deals are out in the wild...if you're lucky enough to stumble on one.

EDIT: The deal is for where I'm moving to in Cambridge, Ont.

Chiming in with @Delta1585 -I just checked and my bill has gone up by around 3 bucks. I didn't get any notice whatsoever. I was paying around $38.xx and now it's 42.xx.

Rogers's definitely playing hardball now. I was unsuccessful with one of my account trying to keep my bundle services with them. I was paying $77 and they want $190 now. Tried many times on chat/management team, cancel order, nothing worked. I even tried my luck with Bell, lol of course they also want $190 friggn crooks working together. I canceled Cable/HomePhone/Internet bundle with Rogers and signed up with Virgin for Homephone $5, Signed up with Ebox for internet $30, signing for IPTV $10.

BTW I tried to cancel my services individually and guess what? magically my pricess for others services goes up.

quite odd. I will try to call back later. best part? the rep i spoke with told me that she works in the promotions dept and there is no such thing as retentions dept anymore. lol

besides that i asked to speak with her manager\supervisor at which point i was waiting for 20 minutes. i suspect she was just trying to milk the time off an active phone call.

sadly i haven't found a competitive rate for internet in my area (davisville and yonge) in toronto condo\apartment style buildings. the promotion was bs tbh. i mean that in the sense that i'm supposed to be locked in for that price until December 2019. I get how they raised it once due to the crtc ruling and everybody raised their rates. but this additional increase is unprecedented.

Good for you. They have chosen the wrong time to play the hardball, people have choices now.

Same as you, cancelled with Rogers less than a year ago. I received a letter from them recently, asking to call them back @ 844-415-6253. I called and was offered $40 for 150 plus $20 activation fee.

Called again right now and they jacked up their offer to $45 for 150u, but offered $35 for 75u. I have 75 right now and works for me, so got the $35 deal.

Yeah I currently have 75U with carrytel for $35, so not switching to pay the same price for only 1 year...Also every time I call these bums it reminds me how much I hated having to call them every year to renegotiate.
