[Rona] Affresh HE Washer Cleaner - 3 Tabs - $1 - Clearance YMMV **DEAD**

Saw on their website that Rona is clearing Affresh HE Washer Cleaner - 3 Tabs pack. Highly rated product to clean out your laundry machine.
Retails for $9-10 at HD/Amazon etc. HD won't usually price match clearance but you can try your luck.

Stock Track shows several stores with $1.01 stock. thanks @seafish

If your local Rona shows 'not sold' on Stock Track but their own website shows stock at $9 its most likely a franchise store that doesn't offer the 'corporate store' clearance price.

I usually just use some OxiClean power in my self clean cycle, isn't the same? (Real question)

Good find op :)

It's probably about the same. I personally use baking soda and vinegar in my rinse agent tray every wash and I've never had a build up of calcium or hard water stains. Always dry the tray and inside by quickly wiping with a microfibre cloth and it'll keep it super clean.

That being said, still a great deal.

I found a nearby store that stocktrack says $1.01 but on Rona's website for that store it says 7.99, savings of $1.01

These work great, and awesome price, unfortunately, none around me.
On our front load, we usually just use bleach on the cleaning cycle and I find it makes the tub fresher.
Anyone else have secrets that they find work to keep the odours out? We have no issues with build up.

It was showing 1.01 but now it's 1.01 rebate.

Most likely a mistake.

No deal here!

Was going to say the same as others. Was showing $1.01 - but now showing $1.01 as a rebate...

We leave the door open on our front loaders all the time. The only time it's closed is when it's washing.

Anyone know if there is a product to clean the mold in the gasket area of these front loading machines. It is simply disgusting and possibly dangerous. TIA.

I assume that's safe for the washer too?
It would be fine but I'd wipe down the rubber door seal afterwards. i wouldn't just leave the cleaner on it.
