[Rona] Broil King Baron 320 - Clearance $341.40 YMMV

Noticed this BBQ on clearance while checking on the Weber's also listed for clearance.

Down to $341.40 from $569! Ordered for in store pickup.

YMMV but showed at 2 closest Ronas to me.

Convert to NG for free just by drilling the orifice holes slightly larger. There was a post about it years ago on RFD. The NG conversion and the Propane version both have the diameter of the orifice stamped right onto the part. Very easy to do, did it to my 440 that I got during the target canada 50% off sale

If you're not comfortable with drilling the orifice you can order the NG control assembly from OMC bbq direct for around $75 shipped.

This is a nice compact BBQ for anyone with limited space. Better build quality than the Weber Spirit 310 that I upgraded from.

But I’m guessing too small for a familly of 3 or receiving people

Obviously it varies. I think it'll do for a family of 4, but definitely not gonna have enough space if you have any more than that.

Oh? I thought the Spirit II 210 was superior...

I had a Spirit II 310, and I wasn't impressed. Maybe my expectations from Weber were too high. The panels were thinner and flimsy on the Spirit. The BK is made in Canada while all the lower end Weber's are all made in China. The flame on the Spirit was nicer though, since it seemed to heat up faster and was more equal.

Lava hot if you ask me. Combine with a coupon as well and you're BBQing for years with this thing.

BK's are still the barbies of choice at Canada's cottages. I rent lots of cottages each summer and this is the number one I see, some as old as 30 years and still kicking. I always find them heavy duty and very good to cook on.
