Was at Rona last night and saw this heater on sale for 50% off. I bought one a few months ago and it's really quiet. Bought another one at this price.

1500w heaters routinely go for under 30 on FB and Kijiji. 1500w is 1500w.

new ones come with a warranty and the security of knowing that nobody has messed around with your heater. 1500w is 1500w.

Oh true, 1200W my bad. Still, at 15$ on clearance I'd take it over this one for sure. Ceramic heaters definitely can be cheaper than this. There's a Lasko 1500W one on clearance on Costco.ca for 49.97$ right now.

I'm sure there are dozens of 1500W ceramic heaters cheaper than the one I posted, but I already own this one and love how great (and quiet) it is. :)

Quality brand heater for a good price in my opinion. For those who just want a 1500w heater for cheap with no frills (not even a tip sensor) Princess Auto regularly has this heater on sale for $25 and currently $20 on sale, so i may pick up another or two myself as well.

I bought the $15 1200W heater last week. It works well but very loud. If you don't mind noise. Its great

It’s not the cheapest but this would be good for my basement workspace. I do conference calls everyday so quiet is important.
