[Rona] Kobalt Electric Pressure Washer 1,700 PSI - $99

Rona has this pressure washer on sale for nearly half price. I was looking for an affordable option for washing my cars. This looks like it would suit it well. I just need to get a decent foam cannon for it.

Happy shopping!

i wouldn't buy from them. I have a Kobalt one last year and it failed on me already after a month. I went to warranty it and they told me they don't own the brand anymore so they won't take it back.

Was debating this but the bad reviews put me off. Any thoughts?

I know it's not super powerful. If you need one for heavy duty jobs, this isn't the one of you. But for a touchless car wash, this should be the sweet spot.

Broken after 1 season...Not recommended. Karcher k2 is much better.

Last year thread.

Hoping mine will last too if I store it inside in the winter and taking breaks to let the motor cool down. Sun Joe SPX 3000 and Karcher K1700 seem to be well reviewed entry level washers but are double the price which I can’t justify for a glorified car washing machine.

Yes its overkill , it will destroy the wood fiber. 3000 psi for home sidind lol. 2600 wood fence... their number are way too strong. 90% of the time I use the 40 degree buse because the stronger one is too powerfull for car and wood .

I bought the one from Lowes last year but I am still using it now. Don't find any problems yet.

For those who broke just one season, may I know what you are using it for? Did you just turn on the device but don't turn the water supply?

Has anyone used this with a foam cannon? If so was the foam produced adequate?

Bought this a year or so ago. Works well and no issues. Decent for cars and light deck cleaning. Foam cannon is a nice addition and works well.
