it's a good mob and bucket, but the handle is short and uses an euro thread not acme like everything else in north america. your back will get fatigued if you apply pressure.

I own this mop and bucket. Vileda needs to make a sturdier mop.. the handle itself is nice but the mop is a sad piece of poly fibre material, a bit small and if you’re not careful with the angles, you end up using the plastic attachment to mop. Company suggests changing mop heads every 2 months but that’s too frequent. Terra Cycle supports Vileda with recycling so that’s a bonus

Other than that we really enjoy the spin wring basket. Ok maybe just me

I probably didn’t need it but bought it anyway

Awesome mop. Got it at Staples for $10.

Anyone find third party replacement heads for this yet?!? The Viledia ones are just about the same cost of the whole system I bought.

Lowes ( similar to Rona ) is having the same sale.

However, they do not normally accept coupons printed ( off a website ). I was stubborned and asked for them to check. They eventually made an exception and accepted the coupon. So i would say do not go and hope to use the $5 at Lowes.

Also, the handle for the mop comes in a telescopic tube. The one i received fail to lock in place, so it's broken right off the bat.

The thread for the mop looks to be custom and would not fit a generic mop/broom stick.

My telescopic handle broke but I was able to use a regular broom handle as a replacement.

So sad Rona staff does not allow you to use that printed coupon. Their reason is already promotion price. Cannot combine with coupon. Leave the mop and I don't want to argue with them.
Location Richmond BC RONA.
Then I tried to ask Walmart if they can price match. Unfortunately, the staff told me all Walmart locations does not price match anymore.
Location Richmond BC Walmart.

However, luckly I got price matched in Superstore and also be able to use my coupon, as well as collect my PC point as well. I also get a free extra bottle of vim cleaning agent inside the package kit Amazing superstore.

I got the same issue. Just purchases from Costco about two month ago when it was on sale for 29.99 . Unfortunately the telescope screw break inside and unable to use anymore. Will go for a return to Costco later.
