Rona's online stock checker blows

Had ordered some laminate flooring which was on liquidation and showsn as in stock at my local store only to have it cancelled 4 hours later because there was no stock. Second order in as many weeks cancelled due to their website's in store stock checker sucking so badly. Tried calling the store yesterday but couldn't even speak to anyone. Customer service went straight to voice mail so I left a message and no call back.
