With today's Rakuten 14% cashback promo, I thought it would be a good opportunity to check out Rosetta Stone. Honey revealed the above coupon, bringing a 24-month subscription down to US$124.50, plus the 14% cashback from Rakuten. That's US$5.19/month (or US$4.46/month with the cashback).

Jumped on it, and thought others may want to as well.

(Thanks to Omakase for pointing out that Rosetta Stone was included in today's cashback promo.)

I hate how the way things are moving towards everything being subscription based where you don't actually own a thing.

You actually never did! Software has always been almost exclusively licensed-based, meaning they could nerf your install totally legally (they just wouldn't). That said, I get where you're coming from. As long as Creative Cloud forces me into paying USD, subs are the enemy

Yeah, I was surprised to find out that it's subscription-based now. But then I told myself, if I haven't finished the program in 2 years, I'm probably not serious about it. Let's see how it goes!

They also have a lifetime subscription for US$199, but no coupon for that.

Is this good for multiple languages with one subscription?
