Router Decision, Go with Helix 1 OR Helix 2 from Videotron or Custom Router

Hi,

I recently moved and I am looking at getting internet service. I am looking at going with Videotron and either;

- Getting a helix 1 wifi5 router for 100$ used.
- Getting a helix 2 wifi6 router from videotron for 320$ tax in.
- Getting a helix 1 wifi5 router BUT buying a separate high end wifi6 router to use as my wireless access point.

Any recommendations ?

Thank You

Items to think about:
1. How many wifi6 devices you have?
2. Do not go with Helix at all. Find a good deal for bell fibe. I've found bell fibe, 1 Gbps, free modem/wifi - 50$ + taxes (MTL area)

I dont have bell fibe yet at high speeds, they only support speeds of 100mbits in my area for 65$/month.

overpriced. IMHO. Check local resellers: Ebox, Distributel, Teksavvy, Acanac, 3web, Carrytel, etc.

I checked and there all the same price unfortunately :( The cheapest is with Videotron 400 mbits for 58$ and I need to buy the router outright (or I purchase used and get a better wifi access point)
