Edit: not stacked towns, they were 6 story condos. 3 people backed out on one type of model $327-$332k
Others up at the $370k range for 90 sqft more and one +den for $420k

Was looking at a whole page of these at the beginning of May. They got swooped up pretty quick.

How big? Markham Rd and Sheppard though... I wouldn't want to live there.

Different banks will give you a different story, I hear 4-5 all the time one bank told me 6.

That's generally the quick and dirty calculation used, yes, but there's nuance to it and if you're looking seriously you should talk to a mortgage specialist. I got a mortgage last year for almost exactly 5x my then-current income.

I got pre-qualified (20% under what I got from a real pre-approval @ Scotiabank eHome), but I didn't get the Doordash coupon.

How can I trust RBC for my mortgage if I can't even trust their word for a $15 Doordash coupon? LOL

not really, 278,000 isnt much, i thought the numbers are conservative

There was another thread here that got turned private, or deleted. My suspicion is that many people abused the offer and RBC caught on and told RFD to delete the thread, probably to many fraudulent sign ups on the offer.

If you got a code by completing the RBC form, does that doordash code still work ? Ie can I still redeem the code on doordash or did they kill the codes too?
