Does anyone have tickets for June that they won't be using? I already have plane tickets to Toronto at the time.

FWIW my friend took a group , with tickets , on May 17
Once there ROM staff told him any other people could also just come in. So it seems like it's unofficially free for everyone but they're just not widely advertising it.
You can just walk in on the 3rd Tuesday even without a ticket

Hmm... I'm not so sure about that.
I checked on the evening of May 17, and they still had free tickets available.
I was able to go through the checkout process, so they had plenty of extra tickets that were unclaimed.
Probably many last minute cancellations for people that couldn't make it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I believe the free pass program is currently suspended (covid??).sprung wrote: ↑ If you need a bit more flexibility, free family passes available at select TPL branches

I'm not from Toronto, but am considering getting a library card.
Does each branch have a limited number of passes to give out? And if so, is the supply so low that they're difficult to get ahold of?
Vancouver has something like this, but has a queue of over 1 year wait time.

Yes. 3 passes each for the high demand spots . More passes for the others. People line up 2hrs early for the Zoo passes

Ticket does not include general admission, so do we need to buy general admission ticket separately?
