Ryobi Pressure Washer

Wanting to buy a pressure washer and was looking up that this one is decent, however I can't find it in any stores, is it discontinued?

https://www.homedepot.ca/product/ryobi- ... 1001088060

If so, what other one would you recommend? I am not doing anything crazy with it and don't want something that takes up half the shed.

Thanks!

I’ve never seen an electric Ryobi pressure washer in any of the Home Depots I go too. Also says unavailable in my area.

I have it.
Yes it's discontinued.
The 1800 replaced it.

The 1600 is a solid workhorse.
It's small and I can easily store it in my over head garage rack.

I use it to wash my cars and can power a foam cannon decently well. It can power away dirt without issue.
I also use it to power wash my garage driveway annually. Does a decent job.

Because it is a new design! The older model looked like this. I can highly recommend the 1800 over the 1600. You would definitely see a difference between the two and enjoy the more powerful 1800. Btw the 1600 is not discontinued, you can see it here.

P.S. Always connect the garden hose to the PW (OFF) and open faucet until water is pissing from the PW to get rid of air pockets in hose and fill up pump with water. Turn off water and then connect hose to wand and the other end to the PW. Open faucet and press trigger of wand until water is flowing continuously. And THEN turn PW ON!

Also, use a Q-Tips to apply Vaseline everywhere you have a connection with a gasket. Do this every 4-5 times you connect/disconnect.
