Safety Certificate needed West GTA

I have a 2013 Ford Fusion and need to transfer to my name fully from leasing company and need safety done..Getting quotes near 90 to 110 for this racket..lol.. Any good places to get this done in the west end at a better price ( Brampton, Milton, Georgetown area ) Thanks for any help

Lowest Quote so far is 90 bucks..Anyone know a good garage cheaper then that?

Don't safety certs come with repair/inspection done to the car? Are we assuming that the car is in perfect condition and the 90-110 was just for inspection + certificate? Or, do you want to purchase an under-the-table certificate just so that you can register it?
