Great price. These are fantastic jackets. Probably the most useful one I've owned.

It's not a jacket, it's a midlayer.

People choose to wear it as a jacket but that's not what it was meant for.

Be aware this is shorter than typical, in case you are used to jackets that go below the waist or you have a long torso.

Definitely can be warn as a standalone jacket. The LT just has the breathable side panels and a bit less insulation than the Atom AR.
I wear my Atom AR all winter long, thats why the Atom jackets are arcteryx's best sellers. Can wear this in all sorts of conditions, just throw on some fleece or warmer layers when it gets too cold.

Im 6'2" and a large fits perfectly, had mine for 10 yrs now.

Exceptionally versatile insulated hoody that excels as a midlayer or standalone. Atom Series: Synthetic insulated midlayers | LT: Lightweight.

I got one from costco during their sales .. I felt cold in it even in mid Oct , the jacket felt nice , the jacket wraps around the wrist having a nice fit .. returned however , could not justify the 200 $ price tag .. lolz .. its definitely not an outer layer jacket for Candian winters ( even in fall I felt cold in it ) ..

Arc doesn't do temp ratings for a reason.

Personally I find the Atom is good down to about 3-4 degrees, and i'm a person that is usually hot all the time.

There’s also a lot of Cerium LT at 30% off, same location, YMMV

Love my atom... Almost ten years and still going strong... Pretty much my 3 season jacket... Yes, I wear it as a jacket alone for spring and fall... Mid layer for winter.

Personally, I can't justify paying over XYZ for a car but for clothes, they follow me everywhere so I find it easier to justify, especially when you compare it to the price of a car, 200$ is nothing.

LT stands for LightweighT, if you need something warmer, you should use something like the Atom AR or Cerium LT/SV.
I use Atom LT between 0 celcius and 10 celcius.
Atom AR for -10 and 5.
I have something similar to Cerium SV for -15 and 5 (Rab Electron).
For colder than that I add a shell or something under like the Delta LT.
For under -30, I put Delta LT + Cerium SV + North Face Gotham.

between 0-10C I wear the atom LT just on its own with a tee underneath and I feel plenty warm. I can stretch it to single digit minuses but if you're outside for a significant amount of time, think about layering up. of course it depends on how hot you run and such. I know I run hot so I can stretch it to lower temps.

have it for 2 years now and still looks pretty much brand new. cuff has a slight tear but nothing that affects insulation. just make sure you wash it regularly with non-abrasive soaps like sport washes and let it either air dry or tumble dry on low in the dryer. bonus if you're reproofing the water resistant layer with a DWR spray.

I would buy but I don't like the sail branding. One nice thing I like about arc'teryx is the simple and clean look of their jackets. Great price otherwise.
