Who/what/where?
I don't know about the development but it's on Taunton in Durham. Selling pretty big houses.

Don't they know about the impending crash? Neutral Face

I'm assuming this is a grand opening?

Prices aren't bad:

Not bad by GTA standards but I remember looking at singles in Whitby starting in the 300s like 4-5 years ago.

Starting at $725k for a single is pretty amazing to me. Not to mention that's probably like one unit type that is outrageously small and all the rest are probably around $1m.

I don't know, I doubt it, those sales centers have been there at least 1 year. Maybe they released some new types or something.

That's what they did at Ivy ridge, the $1m houses weren't selling so they released some towns and they sold out in no time.

Looks to be for Whitby Meadows. Hard pass.
What's wrong with Whitby? It's mostly wealthy families. Where do you life that is much better?

$725k for single would be the smallest unit: 36 ft lot, 1630 sq ft. All their townhomes are bigger than this, except one.

I've noticed in the past few months in Oakville/Milton, Mattamy has been selling out the day of the release with people lining up for 3-4 days in advance. These releases have been a mix of detached and towns with pretty decent pricing. Seems if you price it right its flying off the shelf
