Samosa dipping sauce?

We've enjoyed Samosa's at The Rude Native with this really nice tamarind sauce....does anyone have a recipe for this sauce ?

We found some nice Samosa's at Zarkys but we'd like to have the sauce too.

Try www.mycyberchef.com, if you can't find it, post a request for it.

Good site for non-cooks, lots of advice on ingredients & how & substitutions

Who's got time to make tamarind chutney? We just buy it from the closest decent Indian food store. ;)

The BEST thing is ; Save urself a lotta hassle of preparing it, just go to any Indian store or No Frills & buy a "Maggie" Tamarind sauce. Thats the best u can get in the market right now.
