I don't think the email necessarily means anything (yet). Normally, if they were going to ship, they'd ask to confirm shipping address. (I noticed because I have to update mine and the only way to update shipping address is when they ship.)

The last time this happened, it didn’t ask me to confirm my shipping address.

that means you didnt qualify but check you email...the last couple offers it said that but i got email confirmation that said they are sending me something
