Vizio’s 65-inch P-Series Quantum X 4K HDR TV is $979 USD ($1295 CAD) during this one-day event, a 30 percent price drop. I’m hopeful to see this deal pop up at other retailers because it’s the best price we’ve seen yet for this high-end model. This deal is available online, as well as in-store.

This deal is significantly lower than any price we’ve seen in Canada. Currently Costco has this model for $2249 https://www.costco.ca/vizio-quantum-x-p ... 00026.html

I really hope we see a similar offer through Costco Canada as this TV looks stunning with it’s maximum of 3000 nits, and it has 384 local dimming zones.

Yes I know Sam’s Club deals require a membership but even with that $45 cost you are still way ahead if you live close to the border.

You're saying you wouldn't pay tax/duty on this TV?

No..you will have to pay normal HST/GST/PST (whichever)but my understanding is since Vizio made/assembled in USA there is no duty. You could always call b&h video as they ship vizios from USA to Canada and they have it NAFTA eligible. I'm pretty sure it is exmpt but I would check with them or Canada

Which US retailer should I be buying this from who offers this price and free (or cheap) shipping, safe handling and accurate tax calculation?

Yeah would way rather just pickup in Canada. I don’t know if we will see a price drop that low for Canada.

With duty if you need to pay it’ll be around $1700 I haven’t ordered yet but wanted to share for others.
