[VirginMobile.ca] Samsung Galaxy Nexus -$449 Month-To-Month, Virgin Mobile

The Source at Bayshore Mall (Ottawa) advertises the new Galaxy Nexus for $449 on month-to-month ($20 talk-and-text). I came by twice and both times got the same answer from different rep. However, they said that it is locked to Virgin, which I don't think it's true. Is this a good deal?

what is "month-to-month"? is that pre-paid or contract?

Cold. $649 - $200 on supertab (10% of bill).

Galaxy Nexus is a pentaband phone and will work with any carrier in the world. Not all virgin phones will but this one will.

+1 .
Does Virgin have an activation fee? If so you would have to pay one month service + activation fee. Wonder what total cost would be? Anyone know?

Doesn't sound right to me. Why would they sell the phone at that price with no obligations

After looking at the virgin web site I think there is some kind of TAB system. I maybe wrong.

Just spoke to the Source ... its $649 , the $449 is a super tab price where they put the other $200 on your bill and deduct each month.

You can get these on kijiji for $525 or so, thats the only way to save right now.

Just off the phone talking to Drew (The Source at Bayshore in Ottawa)...it was a misprinted on the advertisement, the correct price is $649 month-to-month. Damn, should pull the trigger while I was there talking to the other rep yesterday :( ...sorry guys :o

False: This version will not work on CDMA or LTE networks (e.g. Verizon, Public Mobile).
