If you order it online, you don't need to provide any proof to Samsung.

Roughly how much will a regular Note 20 retail for?

I just became eligible for a hardware upgrade with bell now and am considering waiting for the note 20

Absolutely no idea, but I’ll be shocked if it retails for anything less than $999 US or $1299 Canadian.

i am still debating if i get a note10+ for 1250$ +tx or paying 2k for this note20...

why there is no affordable solution, yet powerfull and reliable device for around 600$

You can get a note 10 plus used for about 800 go for that!
