I have one. So disappointed in it, that I bought Tiles. Can only be used with Samsung phones and only if user has "Smart Things" app activated. Sure it will find your keys in the house but besides that, it's useless. Not enough users (and I live in suburb of Montreal). Lots of Tile users though - can track a car pretty well. Smart Tag also bulky compared to tiles.

Sucks for finding your phone. It has setting, it should work, it does not.
After enabling feature, some time later, could be hours, could be days, could be weeks, you misplace your phone, you trigger your tag to make the phone ring, tag just beeps silly.
You end up finding your phone, check tag status on smartthings everything is fine, test the tag, works, phone rings.... Sometime later you misplace phone again, or just test for fun. Can't find phone again... Crap.

I think it's over priced if you compare with AirTag that comes with UWB and engraving. You have to upgrade to SmartTag+ to get UWB. I remember seeing some stats that said there are more than 50% of people in Canada using iOS, while only 20%+ using Samsung. I bought the SmartTag earlier, but probably I would use my Tile on the important stuff for now.
