Shipping
• Orders are shipped by FedEx
• FedEx will call a day or so in advance to advise you of the shipping
• Listen to the entire message and hit "1" when it tells you to in order to get your tracking number
• If you miss the tracking number, call FedEx directly with the phone line they called from to get your tracking number or wait for the Samsung email

Notes
• Some phones aren't providing a trade-in bonus/credit due to a bug (no ETA on fix)
