Samsung S21 Ultra Silicone case with S Pen?

I recently bought S21 Ultra and need to purchase a S Pen with silicone cover. It has been more than two weeks, but still the Samsung Canada website shows Spen with silicon case deal as sold out. Any suggestions where can I get this deal?
