So at the moment I see PC mobile offering 200,000 pts (equal to $200) for 2 year activations. Any suggestions of Costco/Visions/Source would pricematch that?

The S9+ is $113/month on a Diamond plan if you pay $0 down, but there's a big jump in monthly rates between Gold and Platinum.

Pay $279 upfront for the Galaxy S9+ and they'll give you their Lunar New Year deal for $63/month which includes 500 Canada-wide minutes, 1000 long-distance minutes to select countries, and 3 GB of data (5GB for $10 more).

The Note9 isn't as competitively priced. You need to spend $649 upfront to get the Gold plan, but then you're saving $50/month over a Diamond Plus plan. Over 24 months that's $1200 cheaper.

Since you're an existing customer, call their customer service and ask for a loyalty discount on one of the plans above and you should get an even better offer.

I'd say wait til S10 release, S9 will be popping up from Koodo.
