Any credit card that will cover by koodo /tab balance?
I don’t think so
Please DON'T PM me for SPC codes, kindly ask for them in the Samsung thread's (HOT DEALS) section and I will respond with one.

I was originally thinking of getting a Note 9 (still am, kind of)...but seeing this thread with what appears to be a great deal on the S10+, I might change my purchase decision.

Those of you who got the S10+, how do you like it?
Having owned both, the big difference is S10+ is much lighter to hold. I know it sounds funny, but Note 9 kind of feels heavy when you hold it for a long time & in certain positions. Note 9 was a great phone, I don't really feel the performance difference, I think we're at a point where any 2018 flagship phone is already so fast enough that it doesn't matter to me anymore, I think things like battery life are much more meaningful improvements

I'm guessing delay is due to the weekend as glentel fulfills the Samsung.ca orders.
I ordered Friday morning, got confirmation within minutes and shipping email later that night

I won't be canceling until the three months are up. Giving out credit like this, while canceling these service plans likely reflect badly on these employees performance reviews who already don't make commission. It is kind of bad enough that we are taking the google home and all that stuff from corporate bestbuy and screwing over Koodo. I don't want to push this over and screw over a little guy/gal employee who's just trying to make a living. Give up the case + 100 dollar credit without actually selling the service plan screws over the employee because giving out credit is generally rated as negative which is offset by selling the service plan. Return the service plan + giving out credit and free case is likely to hurt that employees chance at bonuses, raises or promotion when you claw back that service plan which may be magnified since a google home is already being given away by bestbuy on top of strongest trade in.

If mobile sales man was courteous, made the transaction quick and were easy to give you the credit and/or case, I request from people that they keep the plan(and cancel after 1 month atleast) because I feel bad now about posting the deal. I don't want to see people whom when they start are making just a bit over minimum wage have their chances of promotion, raises hurt + bonuses if they were good to you.

As I see it, a screen protector with a lifetime warranty already covers most of that 48 dollars. Having accidental insurance(and not having to file through credit card for 3 months easily covers the rest. I don't mind spending a little more to have a clear conscious because I have a face and a name of the person I interacted with.

I decided to keep the plan for 3 months, get clearplex changed few times this year. Bestbuy employee instore told me to keep it and just come in anytime, they will change screen protector despite cancelling geek squad after 3 months. He said both systems are not linked we can change the protector anytime you come in.

Getting 2 or 3 replacements of clearplex will make up for the $48 dollars. Also the best buy store just gave me $50 gift card to make up for the trade in value of Iphone 5S since I was not given any trade in value for it since in Surrey, BC, They cant do tradeins there for some reason. I was not given the $30 which was the trade in value for the phone so I gladly accepted the 50 dollar GC.

Just ported out from Koodo to Bell. Anyone know how long it'll take until I get the bill and can pay off the balance owing?

Can someone explain the BB geek squad discount?
Was at sherway in Toronto today, and the mobile specialists knew nothing about any discounts for getting geek squad with the phone.

Thanks

Same here, not even a confirmation email. But I do see a pending transaction on my credit card

Gents.

What's a good app for automatic brightness adjustment with a bias towards higher brightness?

I've turned off the auto brightness feature on the S10+ because the battery case I have allows me to have higher brightness without discharging.

God bless.
