Is there a deal at BestBuy for the Friends n Family event for the S10 or S10E? Seems like the $400 gift card is not valid when I asked them.

I will be getting the Galaxy Buds for FREE since Samsung didn't get the 512GB Ceramic White in at launch.

Are they better than the IconX? I also got them for free with the Note 9 but since then I found them mediocre and certainly not worth the $299.99 price tag. I wish I just sold them.

How much are the Buds selling for?
I haven't seen any for sale yet but they're $200

aside from people who got the buds free from carrier pre-order promos such as koodo, the buds aren't "officially" released in canada till march 26th

Has anyone heard back about the eta for the ceramic white stock to get to canada? seems like they haven't gotten any of the 512 nor 1tb models since the launch

As far as I could tell there was no additional sale/discount on these phones.

They would give you your trade-in phone value of upto 400 on a GC... They been running this since March 8th

Did you get them for free?
I did not buy them, I was thinking of buying a pair for cheap if people were reselling them but that didn't seem to be the case

I will probably wait for Note 10 since I am reading a lot of positive criticism even if the product hasn't been released to the public yet.

Off topic but when would the best time be to get the S10+ on a family plan?

I would wait too but seeing as the note 9 was $1600+ when it launched, I expect it to be even higher (probably $1800+)

Anyone with buyer's remorse with the S10?

Just came upon 2 new Forbes articles that has me now second guessing myself if i should really get the s10+. Highlights how the Note 10 should be what we should have our eyes on as it will truely be a next gen type device with a more efficient smaller 12gb ram module and ufs 3.0, and hopefully improved facial recognition. With the bugs that have been popping up with proximity sensor etc. I'm kinda wondering if i should either just wait for the first price drop or second price drops on the s10+ (s9 series dropped 40% in value within first month and 60% value in the second month). I know with technology you will always be waiting if you want something better. But the s10+ is priced at $2200 right now, and at that price i would've expected at least ufs 3.0 included in the model.

Currently I am still awaiting a 1tb ceramic white, will have a -$200 trade in promo for a cheap phone i'll be bringing in, free galaxy buds, ($200 value) and -10% cashback for my newly activated scotiabank visa infinite (perfectly fills the $2000 limit for 10%) so essentially the S10+ will be $1700, so around 23% savings off the list price. If the the bugs end up hampering the monthly sales of the s10's, I would still be better off waiting for the first price drop rather than going through with the pre order once it comes in stock.

Was also going to see if the p30 pro would be worth looking into but early leaks has squashed that so the next phones to have my eyes on would be note 10 vs mate 30 pro. I really like the size of the galaxies but @ $1700 this phone I'm likely going to keep around for at least 4-5 years so i'm thinking getting something with ufs 3.0 would be more "future proof"

I can still return the s10+ cases I've ordered from amazon so my only real loss for not going through with the pre order would be 50 bucks for Zagg ultraclear screen protector for the s10+ that I ordered from their site.

I regret buying the S10. Seems a bit unstable but hopefully it gets better. Fingerprint scanner is not that great or the facial recognition. Thinking of gong back to an iPhone XR or S8.
