$575 cash back for my Samsung S20 Plus.
I want an S21 Plus but that looks to be $1400... my own vendors / connections may do much better.

Wait. It really doesn't come with a charger in the box???
https://www.engadget.com/samsung-galaxy ... 31920.html
And it has a usb to usb C cable in box, so you MUST buy a new charger anyways?? (Not many people have a usb C adapter, we mostly have USB type A wall adapters

Pulled the trigger. $1268 tax included for s21+ thru Perkopolis and I traded in my s7 edge which will give me $50 then the $200 promo. Keep the ol' s9+ as a backup. Thanks OP

Agreed! I have been using Samsung phone from S2 series every year and they have always listened to user feedback. They cut down on bloatware and improved UI a lot. The display and camera is one of the best around...PrinceMS wrote: ↑ I love Samsung. whole reason is to be on Android is to be able to do things how you want it. Otherwise, might as well go to apple with better security, privacy and UI experience.
Yes Samsung Till S7 was very bloated. Now its not so bad.
I had Pixel before and couldn't face unlock (which was purposely removed to upsell new pixel). Couldn't put some of the basic thing as ringer/viberate in toolbar at top. Pure Android experience is pure BS - e.g., don't even have a proper email client. Samsung Calendar, Email client (even though not perfect) doesn't hinder me. Let me color coordinate and manage multiple calendar at ease.
I still hate with a passion that Android change how unread notifications are handled. If I have a unread message, just because i ignore the notification, the app should still keep it the badge on that there is an unread message. So stupid!
Now Apple is 90% android (with widgets and swipe and other apps as default ...) I think its time to switch back? Until then - Samsung is better than most android out there - at least for me.

If you're phone is in good to great condition, I'd take my chances selling it on the second hand market. It'd go fast, even for just $50 to $100 more.

Are people so lazy that they'd trade in a phone that they could easily sell on fb marketplace for hundreds more? People need some financial literacy lessons.

I have been using Samsung series since note 4 and I was totally happy with my s7 edge and s10e but it is time to leave Samsung phones for me as they ditched SD card storage option for S21 series and that is non-sense! S21 will be a fail like S8 for Samsung.

I'm blown away that they are still using the same 108mp camera on the S21 Ultra
I've got my S20 Ultra for sale right now...but this is really making me second guess myself.
I might just keep this until I can get my hands on another reasonably priced Vivo X50 Pro+. The biggest regret I have is selling that masterful phone.

these phones come with e-sim it says.
"Does Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G support eSIM?
Yes, you can use an electronic SIM, known as eSIM, with Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. The eSIM allows you to activate a mobile network plan right on your phone, so you can switch data plans or add an overseas phone number without the physical Nano SIM."
Does that mean I can use the Canadian variant as a dual-sim phone? eSim + Nano SIM?
