Very slim and small portable SSD with acceptable speed up to 540mb/s.

ebates 1% better than nothing on Bestbuy.

Bought mine from bestbuy a month ago for $109.99 and was about to return it when I got the toshiba 2TB HDD for $45. I changed my mind and kept it when i was amazed by the size.

Historic low according to ccc.

I bought one of these on prime days, I believe it was the same price? Don't have anything bad to say about the unit, speeds are awesome!

You can, if you get 5% return and have yourself frozen for 1000 years like Fry from Futurama you would end up with $1,623,634,866,769,530,191,872.00
2% annual inflation adjusted its $4,076,773,723,225.71

If you don't want to wait this long then 500 years would give you $2,068,964.09 inflation adjusted.

I think it was 109.99 as well on prime day, not 100% sure tho. Love the form factor of the drive and that’s why i decided to keep it.

Historic low, yes, but SSD prices are still trending downwards into 2020.

The form factor of this and it’s factory-enclosed is better than buying a cheaper m.2 drive and enclosure to DIY imo. It would be much cheaper later just like the HDDs today, but i bet something better will come out at that time that cost a premium again.

But you'd be able to get much better read/write speeds with a drive+enclosure compared to this.
