If anyone is taking a chance and going to the sale - BEWARE!!!

You first get there are are told that there is no parking - they are full - OK UNDERSTOOD
Where can I park? - Please go find another building around and park there. - OK SOUNDS GOOD!
Find another building around - You can't park here, you have to go back to Samtack - OK UNDERSTANDABLE - other buildings are still on work hours and have to sustain their own parking.
Go back to the back of the Samtack building - Our parking lot is full and you can stay and wait for people to come out - OK MAKES SENSE, IF I STAY EVERYONE ELSE STAYS AND IT WILL BE A MESS
Where can I park then? First person tells me to park at another building, can't do that, try to wait in the Samtack building, can't do that either (already pretty frustrated at this point) - where will I be able to go?
I HAVE NO IDEA, YOU HAVE TO FIND PARKING ON YOUR OWN.
OK - where do you suggest I find parking? THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM, WE ARE ONLY TOLD THAT NO CARS CAN WAIT AROUND.

This whole situation is a joke (nevermind the product quality) - if you run this sale consistently a few times a year and is aware of the people that are present would you not know to inform the staff that are on the front line with the people coming in to at least know where they are able to park if your own parking lot is full?!?
