[Save On Foods] Purex 2 Ply Double Roll ($4.89 for 12 rolls) Save on Foods

This is a decent deal on Purex, especially if you don't have a Costco membership.
4.89$ for (12 rolls = 29.03 sq. m) (calculating sq. m. = 12 rolls x 242 sheets/roll x 9.9 cm x 10.1 cm) = $4.89/29.03 sq.m.= $0.17/sq. meter

In comparison Costco.ca currently has Purex 2 ply 40 pack on sale (250 sheets/roll x 9.9 cm x 10.1 cm)= $19.99/99.99 sq.m. =$0.20/sq.meter. BEFORE 3$ shipping surcharge.
Don't buy it if you don't need it.

I wipe my ass with Kirkland TP. I tried Charmin and other brands before and its too soft and just ends up tearing when I wipe then my hands get messy. Kirkland is soft and thick enough to not tear.

Not once have my hands ever gotten messy from wiping, even with single ply at a hotel... this post made me actually cringe lol

Charmin, if anything, is a bit too thick. It has a tendency to clog the toilets when no other brand does.

But I agree, there's nothing worse than using cheap toilet paper and accidentally slipping a finger in.

Tell me about it. LOL At work, in the staff bathrooms, I think they use 1 ply sandpaper so you gotta double up and wrap/fold 2-3 times to make sure. But in the customer bathrooms is the good 3 ply stuff. So I just take potty breaks in the customer bathrooms.
