Scam?

Hi:
I just received a call from a person claiming he works for Telus 647-362-5398. He said he could offer me a iPhone pro max 256g with no upfront fee and $55/m unlimited data and minutes. He also said he could waive the cancellation fee from my current phone provider.
I think it is too good to be true and I told him to call back. Did anyone receive any kind of call? Is this a scam?

I would call Telus and ask them about it. Doubtful any of us are going to know for certain.
