I remember when everything in the clearance section was marked wrong. I'd pick up one item, run to the checkout, and go back again. They quickly caught onto what I was doing after 6 or so items. The sealed off the section. :'(

Labeled? Is the label for $8 on the product? If so, SCOP doesn't apply if it scans wrong.

If the scanned price of a non-price item is higher than the shelf price or any other displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the first item free, up to a $10 maximum.
