Not to crap on this thread but in my personal experience of using so many phone holders nothing comes close to a phone holder which is fixed in the CD holder.

I wish Costco sold the iOttie qi charging model which Scamazon sells for a ripoff price.

Do you need it or do you want it?

I completely agree, the one I had for my CD slot was amazing but then I went and bought a car that has no CD player

New car has a huge display and wireless Android Auto but I still want to be able to see my phone in my peripheral vision - cup holder is exactly what I was looking for.

Thank you for this. CD holder somehow made sense, but wasn't sure how good they are.
