Scotiabank Annual Fee Rebate Question

Good Day everyone.

Does anyone know if Scotiabank will prorate the annual fee charges back to you if you cancel the utimate chequing account a month after you got your annual credit card rebate.

Want to know if I can keep the Passport Infinite Visa for free till next June (just got the annual fee rebated this June) if I close my Ultimate Chequing account.

Thanks for any insight you can provide.
I ask because I know RBC and BMO can charge you.. Not sure if Scotia does

I'm waiting until november to close my credit card (momentum) and the chequing account. Wonder if they will charge me on my future passport card?

i got my amex scotia gold cc and ultimate 5k checking account in april 2021... so if i close my ultimate, they won't charge me annual fees on the gold cc? i don't really want to park 5k any more and i dont use my gold card either! tia
