I got an email when I completed one of the requirements, as well as the end date to complete the second

This is getting me worried. I didn’t get any email yet and I’ve been paying my utilities bills and recurring direct deposit from work for the last two months

If I set up PAD from TD for both my home insurance and auto insurance, Does that could as 2 PADs or 1? They are 2 separate payments.

I don't have the necessary bills to meet their $300 criteria. My internet is through Teksavvy, which can't be paid by authorized debit. From what I've read, none of my credit cards can be paid this way as well.

Given the current low interest rates though, can I assume it's still worth opening up the Ultimate package and parking $5K just to waive the $120 annual fee of their credit card?

That would presumably give a rate of 2.4% return ($120 on $5000 investment). Currently, no banks are offering a rate that high.

Another question for anybody who might know: It says the fee will be deducted, then reimbursed a week later. I assume I need to park $5016 in the account. That way, when the fee is deducted, it doesn't drop below the $5K threshold which negates the bonus. It seems a little slimy in the wording.

Thanks for any input!

Can I cancel right after receiving bonus? Or there is 1 year period like BMO?

If you close the account and if you have a Credit Card with the fee waived, would that fee be then charged?
