Finding a store that has one in stock, at the same time that you also have a 20x points promo available on seniors day or 20% tuesday, is going to be VERY YMMV. This whole thread seems like an excuse to post your unboxing video. It's not even on sale, it's regular price!

I gota source, some of them are getting large shipments of this bundle. Thus it's in the flyer.

Isnt it 480+ tax with 144 back in points making it 398.40?

"Some of them" being the key phrase, and "still having them in stock by 20% off day" is another huge YMMV, particularly with a spend your points event on this weekend. And that's completely ignoring the fact that there's no guarantee of anybody having a 20x promo on their account on discount days, either, and also ignoring the fact that cashiers are supposed to limit your 20% off discount to $50, which may or may not happen. So I stand by my YMMV statement. :P Worst case scenario if you hit all the YMMVs in a bad way, is $50 off plus regular points (on $550, that would be $8.25 worth of points).

For a non-YMMV deal, EBGames currently has this bundle on sale for $80 off: https://www.ebgames.ca/Xbox%20One/Games/762882 - not hot like it would be if you manage to win the Shoppers lottery and score a 20x promo on seniors day and you find a store with stock, but if anybody really wants this particular bundle, there it is.

It is supposed to be $50 cap on Seniors Day. Of course some stores may not enforce. F&F 20% Off day is different - no cap.

I wouldn't buy a console before the E3 (June) unless you really need one.

It is true, it's just that the point of sale system is set up so that the cashier has to manually override the discount to cap it at $50. Almost no one ever does this.
