Sealing gaps between concrete floor and wall

Hi, I have large gaps between the garage floor and the walls both inside of the garage and outside (between the driveway and the side of the house).
What is the best way to seal those? (Images attached)

Thanks!

Bump... someone has to know :)

Should I just use quikrete, Sikaflex with backing rod? Or is there something that would make more sense here (may be different for the outside and for the inside)

The asphalt/concrete will have different expansion properties, so yes; backer rod and Sikaflex.

I would actually spray some expanding foam into the gap first to seal any air gaps as you don't know how uneven the space is so something like a backer rod may not be thick enough. You don't have to spray foam in there until you see spraying out the front end (it's a mess to clean up) as you should stop before then, let the foam cure and then use the backer rod/Sikaflex combo to seal it on the outside.
