Had a hard time choosing a firm Queen mattress with pocket coils. I honestly have no idea what makes one better over the other.

Ended up buying this one: http://www.sears.ca/product/simmons-bac ... 7068-57068
200$ pocket coil, with a boxspring. 14 inch deep mattress. Arbitrarily chose because it wasn't a Sears brand, no clue if that's a legitimate factor.

http://www.sears.ca/product/sears-o-ped ... 7366-57366
300$ pocket coil, with mismatched boxspring. 10 inch deep. No clue how the foam stuff compares across these first two choices. I just didn't like that it was Sears brand?

http://www.sears.ca/product/sealy-postu ... 7719-57719
Firm 250$. I don't like pillow top normally, but since the firm option existed, I was intrigued by it. Problem is you don't know what kind of coils it has since there is no detailed description. Seemed risky based on that.

The item I ordered included a mattress according to the description, so either they honour that or they refund everything with no problem.

Are they as good as Sealy/Simmons/Kingsdown?
You can tell who manufactures a sears bed by looking at the model number. SY - Sealy, SS - Simmons, SL - Springwall. Not sure if there are other codes. Those are the only ones I know.

You seem pretty confident it is only a Foundation. You work for sears?

Just got off the phone with their customer service dept. after fighting with their Indian call centre that assured me my order was fine. I was td they are canceling my order. I am going to put together a YouTube video of my experience with Sears. Stay tuned

BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Worst customer service experience ever and this will most likely not be honoured. Save your time and energy and pretend this "deal" never happened.
The call center is located in the Phillipines and you cannot reach anyone from the head office location, without a connection.
If in doubt, check the Sears Canada facebook page and even the Sears posts on random topics have angry consumers posting.
How they handle their return policy is even worse.

My CSR seemed confident that I was getting the sleep set, that the size was correct and there were no issues. If the situation develops otherwise, I'll be disappointed.
Wishing everyone a lucky 2021!

Sears would have stop taking orders if it were a price error. Hope Sears don't cancel all orders and waste our time. Anyone works with Sears can clarify what's happening?

Interesting that people kept referring to the SCRs as "Indian".
