Sears.ca now advertising Sears.com products.

Did anyone else notice that sears.ca seem to be advertising products from the US (sears.com) web site and in the process allowing you to compare the price difference and see just how much of a rip off sears.ca is?

As an example, if you search the .ca site for Agri-Fab Smartlink Spike Aerator you will see 2 items, 1 from Canada and 1 from the US. Canada price : $180, US Price : $100

Looks like you have to pay a lot more for shipping to get the US one so in the case it's not worth it, but but the main point here is that you can quickly see just how much price difference there is between the 2 sites (presuming the item you are looking for is available on both sites)

They've been doing it for a while now. You need to time it when they have free shipping promos.

The Sears.com offerings are limited but you get the same sale price you see in the US. Your best bet is to go to Sears.com, it should notice that you're in Canada, and you can peruse the site (with the limited offerings). They had some really good deals on garage door openers over the holidays but that's all I've noticed.
This isn't a blog.
