[Sears Outlet] No.99 Wayne Gretzky Pullovers/Shirts 65% off

I purchased a few during the boxing day event. My only beef is that their sizing isn't consistent - two mediums across two different styles may not be the same measurements (off by approx 10%).

If I order and size is wrong, can I simply return for a refund, or, because its clearance will I be SOL?

Now that you mention it, thought the sweater I bought was a little short for the size I ordered...still, was happy with it.
Edit : Wearing it now...asked wife if she thought it was a bit short...she said "no". Expert has spoken.
