Just went to the eaton centre in Toronto. Only the one in the ad is $100. The other Eco-drives are 40% off.

I haven't monitored the prices enough to confirm how often it hits this price point. Last weekend, the Bay had 25% off + additional 25% off if you used a HBC card... 40% off is also the standard discount on cruises.

It wouldn't surprise me if they were on sale every other week like dress shirts at major department stores...
