This is pretty hot since it applies to LG appliances.

I ordered a Breville Barista Express for 470something plus tax. I had been waiting for it to hit the <500 price point again. Thanks!

I'm thinking the 15% discount IS the tax. The way I read it was 15% off plus no tax, but somehow I don't think that's what they are offering. Please someone correct me if my assumption is incorrect

Sears with a poorly done promo again. I would have assumed it was no tax AND 15% off, but it does only seem to be 15% off (no tax).

The fine print in post #1 is pretty clear. They will charge you tax and take 15% off. Taxes will be shown on receipt. But yeah, the marketing copy is definitely misleading since only NS has a 15% tax rate. I guess they're covering the greatest amount and giving it to all.

At the * it says they will charge the tax and remit and take 15% off. Does not remit mean remove?

Looks like you are right - still may be some good deals if items are on sale already.

It's the word 'Extra' that's is misleading. You would think you get an extra 15% off with the No Tax.

Whatever you add to your cart it will discount it 15% then you will get taxed on that price.

Works out better than being taxed on the whole product and then discount 15%

Apply twice of the same promo code, first time 15%, second time tax free, try to see if that works!
I am looking for a BBQ, Broil King Crown 40 is selling for 429.99, after the discount, it is 365.5, is it a good deal ?

I get errors too at checkout, shows being stacked at the beginning. So probably not going to work.

Too bad the items that I want are no longer on sale. Last week they were 30%-40% off of the inflated MSRP regular price. This week, they are at full price, plus 15% off. Another Sears trickery Fail!

If you don't need the side burner, look at the signet 20. Its only $20 more, but its a better BBQ.
