No offence to the OP. I even liked the post as it draws attention to continued failed marketing efforts of second cup.

The fact that Second Cup thinks that this is Promotion worthy is silly. At $3.50 for a medium drink is not a huge deal especially since they make you download a coupon to get this offer.

What does it cost normally? Save $1?

Come on Second Cup, this needs to be in the $2 range to be deal worthy. No wonder you have been closing most of your stores in Ontario. In fact I don't even know where there is a store for me to go to anymore even if i wanted to get this. I nominate this so called deal to be kicked off of RFD for being a non deal. :)

I walked by Second Cup and checked the prices. Medium Hot Chocolate is $3.95 regular... and the Medium Lattes were $4.25 or $4.55 i believe... not much savings...

$3.50 is not a hot deal. Barely worth advertising.

They have a better return on points in their reward program per dollar spent.

Plus they send out targeted deals that net you points faster.

Their cold brew is also cheaper than Starbucks.

Plus it's less chaotic if you need a coffee shop to sit and work at versus Starbucks.

$3 would be nicer, although it's an okay deal for the odd latte as regular price here for a medium is now $5.

Not only did we embarrass Marky Mark, we let down the Funky Bunch.

To all those who moan about Tim's not being owned by Canadians anymore, this is who you should really be supporting instead of McDonald's.
