Seems to vary on location- use stocktrack to find out which of your Lowe's has the best price.

I'm not using these for my stairs, but instead as low cost rubber flooring for the rest of my home gym. At $1/sqft, this stuff is cheaper than some EVA/foam mats. My stores had 200+ left so I got 40 of them to cover a portion of my basement.
I checked out how it looks in person and the tread pattern doesn't seem like it's too aggressive that it'd catch your foot.
