See sold real estate prices (most exhaustive)

Where is the best place to see sold real estate prices, going as far back as possible and has all of them?

Redfin seems to work fairly well... I've seen it 25 or so years back in BC, never looked at houses older than that when we were searching though. Zoocasa is great for viewing old listings but they don't go back as far (fun to see photos of what previous owners have done with your house though.

I would consider myself the average consumer and I didn't pay for it. I don't work in real estate.

condos.ca seemed pretty exhaustive to me (but obviously limited to condos).

Anything out there that just provides raw data that can be put into a spreadsheet?

best one for me with best UI. You can search an address and rather click on the exact listing, you can click on the "area" so you see the entire zone around the listing.

Bungol is the best site for me. You can not only see sold prices, you can see transaction history, and even the old adds so you can see what upgrades have been done.
