Self-administered SIP plan – online broker?

Looking for the best Canadian online broker that allows for self-administration via website of a systematic plan of buys/sells/switches of mutual funds. My existing broker (TD Waterhouse) can only set up over the phone and in the past they’ve made mistakes due to the complexity of the plan. Want to be able to do myself online. Anyone know online brokers who allow this? thanks
