Selling car to junk, need to sign?
Some Junk yard people that I found on Kijiji paid $400 for my old truck. They are coming to tow it tomorrow morning. Do I just sign the ownership and give it to them. do they need to sign anything? TIA

Ive had it go both ways. They didnt care / want the ownership or they wanted it signed over with big letters saying SCRAP.

You want to sign the ownership so you won't be liable if they then took the car and did illegal things.
